Since found that antibiotics are widely used in medical and biological sciences research,animal husbandry,agriculture,etc,with the extensive use of antibiotics,especially abusing higher rates contributing to the soil antibiotics pollution problem has become increasingly prominent,and the widely distributed in southwest of purple soil in our country.Due to the low content organic matter and macropores development characteristics of purple soil,sped up the antibiotics pollution,especially given priority to with SAs known as weak hydrophobic.In particular,the typical purple soil in southwest China has been seriously affected by SAs and Florfenicol.Biochar,as an environmentally friendly material with a large specific surface area,can reduce the bioavailability of antibiotics by absorbing antibiotics in the environment,thus reducing the risk of antibiotic contamination.So this article selects each purple soil hilly region,including the soil of Yanting Country,Mianyang City Zhong Country,Chongqing City,and Leshan City as the research objects,carrying out a field potted experiment,after applying biochar natural aging for two years,through the determination of the basic physical and chemical properties of purple soil,aging and antibiotics for three weak hydrophobic?sulfadiazine?SD?,sulfamethoxazole?SMZ?and florfenicol?FFC??to carry out a batch equilibration,and then explores the biochar application?additive mass fraction is 0%,0.5%,1%,0.5%,3%,5%biochar?of three kinds of typical antibiotics in purple soil adsorption effect.The main results are as follows:?1?Through the determination of the basic physical and chemical properties,the application of biochar has nothing to do with the change of the pH of the two kinds of carbon soil in Leshan City and Zhong Country.The pH value can be improved by applying biochar in the Yanting's carbon soil.The organic carbon content of the soil that did not apply carbon was:Zhong's carbon soil>Leshan's carbon soil>Yanting's carbon soil.After applying biochar,the soil organic carbon content of LS,YT and ZX was significantly improved.In the three soils without biochar,the size of the cation exchange capacity:Zhong's carbon soil>Yanting's carbon soil>Leshan's carbon soil;After applying biochar,the cationic exchange capacity of three kinds of carbon biochar was increased and then decreased.Through the three dimensional fluorescence spectrum analysis of carbon soil soluble organic matter DOM components,the data showed that DOM of carbon soil is related to the intensity of fluorescence and carbon amount of carbon soil,and by comparing three kinds of carbon soil,SUVA254,HIX,FI three spectroscopy of soil parameters,can be summarized as three kinds of aging carbon type soil are exogenous input DOM;Zhong Country aging degree of humification of soil carbon is the lowest,salt booth aging degree of humification of soil carbon is the highest,this study after adding the biochar in purple soil,showed that biochar may promote the soil humification process which indicated by HIX.Yanting country carbon by soil organic matter for antibiotics adsorption ability,in turn,affects the aging carbon soil to the adsorption effect of antibiotics;Zhong Country aging carbon soil has the highest degree of aromatization,salt booth aging degree of aromatization of minimum carbon soil,compared with the control group,the degree of aromatization are improved,and this shows that the organism itself has highly aromatic structure to improve the level of the soil's aromatization,so as to make the adsorption capacity of soil has more advantages.?2?Through the application of biochar,three kinds of biochar-amended aging carbon soil three kinds of antibiotic adsorption strength and weak order.Compared with the control group of three kinds of antibiotics adsorption,adding biochar could increase soil adsorption ability to three kinds of antibiotics,which for FFC adsorption increased significantly?P<0.05?,but this role after aging process.By means of Freundlich adsorption isothermal model fitting?R2>0.85?,the adsorption isothermal model of Freundlich can be used to simulate the adsorption process of three antibiotics.?3?Through the analysis of principal component analysis method,the physical and chemical properties influence factors weights order of Leshan carbon soil in turn[the meaning of each parameter represents the need to explain,or directly express in words]is DOC,FI,SUVA254,pH,OC,proportion of clay?CC?,CEC,HIX;The order of weight of the physical and chemical properties of the aging carbon soil in Yanting county is OC,HIX,pH,CC,SUVA254,DOC,CEC and FI.The weight of the influencing factors of the physical and chemical properties of carbon soil in Zhong Country is HIX,SUVA254,CEC,DOC,pH,OC,FI and CC.DOM has the highest weight in the physical and chemical properties of the aging carbon soil of Leshan City and Zhong Country,and the OC has the highest weight in the physical and chemical properties of the aging carbon soil in Yanting County.HIX,OC,CC and DOC were selected as indicators of the physical and chemical properties of carbon soil.?4?Through multivariate linear regression analysis,the multivariate linear fitting equation of three kinds of antibiotics for the main physical and chemical properties is obtained?The R2 of the fitting equation is greater than 0.56,and the relationship between the adsorption characteristics and physicochemical properties of the three antibiotics is described.
