As an important branch of molecular-based material,metal formate frameworks is a hot topic of research.In this paper,seven cases of metal formic acid were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method and the similar of ionic liquid method with different amine as template.The structure of seven metal formic acid compounds was characterized,and the properties of magnetic,dielectric and phase change were studied.1.With N,N-diethylethylenediamine,N,N-diethyl-1,3-propyleneamide,N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propylenediamine as template,four cases of mixed valence formate compoundsweresynthesizedwithformulatesas[EtNH2?CH2?2NH2Et][Fe2?Fe2??HCOO?12]?1?,[EtNH2?CH2?3NH2Et][Fe2?Fe2??HCOO?12]?2?,[CH3NH2?CH2?4NH2CH3][CH3NH2CH3][Fe?Fe3??HCOO?12]?3?,[EtNH2?CH2?2NH2Et][Fe?Fe2??HCOO?9]?4?respectively.They are all two node topologies.1and 2 are?49·66?3(412·63),3 is?49·66?2(412·63)2,4 is?49·66?2(412·63).It is find that compound1-4 shows the characteristics of ferrimagnetic and spin canting,and compounds 1 and 4 also have exchange bias effect,3 shows the magnetic reversal and negative magnetic susceptibility by magnetic research.Combination test result of both the dielectric and differential scanning,it is found that compounds 2,3 and 4 phase change in around-80?,-31?and 80?respectively,the structures of 2 and 4 after phase change were also analyzed.2.With N,N-diethyl ethylene diamine,N,N-diethyl-1,3-propylene amine synthesized three mixed valence with heterometallic metal formate compounds,formulates were[EtNH2?CH2?2NH2Et][CrMn2?HCOO?9]?5?,[EtNH2?CH2?2NH2Et][EtNH3][CrMn3?HCOO?12]?6?,[EtNH2?CH2?3NH2Et][Cr2Mn2?HCOO?12]?7?,the three compounds were also two node topologies,5 is?49·66?2(412·63),6 is?49·66?2(412·63)2,7 is?49·66?3(412·63).Compound 5 shows anti-ferromagnetic characteristics,6 and 7 show a weak ferromagnetic characteristics.According to the results of the dielectric test,there was no phase change of compounds 5 in low temperature,6 showed phase change near to-40?.
