The Development And Trial Production Of NBR2805(E)products For High-end Sealing Materials

This paper studies the development for NBR2805(E),a new product for high end sealingmaterials.The first part of the paper is a literature review,which mainly introduces thedevelopment trend of NBR in China and other countries in recent years.This paper brieflyintroduces the general situation and technological process,production situation and so on about15,000 tons/year butyronitrile rubber plant of lanzhou petrochemical company.The developmentof NBR2805(E)have great significance to lanzhou petrochemical synthetic rubber plant,and it is a milestone for enterprise to enter the field of high end sealing rubber.The second part is respectively discusses the test of the new product NBR2805(E),determinedthe formula and polymerization system of monomer ratio,initiator,regulator and other additives' influenceon finished product's physical properties and the Mooney.The Pilot test mainly analyzes the influences of various process parameters on the production process and finished product,Using test results,and connecting with the equipment running status,adjust and implement measures,conclusion on the basis of the one-time production success,and put forward the solution of the problem may occur on the production in the future.After test and industrial trial production process,confirmed that produce NBR2805(E)in lanzhoupetrochemical company 15000 tons/year nitrile rubber device is possible,and the result provides the technical support to product NBR2805(E).
