The quality of food thawing is very important to people's diet and health,especially in the food processing industry and hotel catering industry.Conventional defrosting methods and techniques have various shortcomings,so it is necessary to design a microwave defrosting and preserving equipment with intelligent control algorithm to solve this problem.The new defrosting cabinet consists of microwave defrosting system,refrigerating system,sterilizing system,cooling system and atomizing and humidifying system.According to the technical requirements,the mechanical structure design of the new equipment and the selection of electrical components are completed,which provides the equipment carrier for improving the decoupling controller of BP neural network PID algorithm.Control system with STM32F429IGT6(integrated FPU and DSP instructions)as the core,in terms of software and hardware design,completed the main controller respectively,detection unit,temperature control,execution unit and the design of the auxiliary units,to improve the BP neural network decoupling controller PID algorithm carrier provides the hardware and software.Mainly including heating temperature control system and cooling system,the two systems with improved BP neural network,double variable PID decoupling controller to adjust PWM pulse air ratio,respectively on magnetron power regulation and the compressor frequencyadjustment,achieve thaw food inside and outside his uniform heat.Thawing indoor temperature control is a complex process,which needs to solve the problems of non-linearity,unbalance and lag in temperature control.A new controller is based on the improved conjugate gradient BP neural network,double variable PID decoupling controller can online setting heating system(magnetron)and refrigeration system,frequency conversion compressor)multiple PID control parameters,and then to complete decoupling control.MATLAB/Simulink software was used to simulate and compare the control algorithm,and its effectiveness was proved.Finally,set up the experimental prototype,through a series of experimental analysis and comparison,based on the experimental data summary thaw rule,not only to verify the new equipment in the structure design and the reliability of the hard and soft design,but also to verify the practicability and validity of the intelligent algorithm,Therefore,a new device has good market application prospect.
