In industrial production,exhaust VOCs are the main factor of environmental pollution,and the printing and packaging industry is one of the four industries that produce the most VOCs.Solving printing exhaust emissions is the key issue that the industry needs to solve.Based on the three laws of fluid mechanics,this paper uses CFD software to simulate the regenerative exhaust gas treatment equipment.The influence of the structural parameters on the thermal efficiency and exhaust gas purification rate of the equipment was studied,and the optimal structural parameters were obtained.The main research results completed are as follows:(1)Based on the working principle of the regenerative thermal oxidizer,the heat transfer simulation of the regenerative bed is carried out by using the fluid mechanics analysis software.The influence of the structure parameters of the regenerator on the regenerative effect of the regenerator is analyzed,and the change law of the temperature and pressure in the heat storage room is studied.(2)The combustion simulation of the combustion part is simulated with the software of hydrodynamics analysis.The combustion and temperature distribution of the exhaust gas in the combustion chamber are studied,and the changes of tempcerature,velocity and prSssure in the combustion chamber are obtained.(3)We simulated the effect of different regenerator mesh types and different regenerator bed heights on the thermal efficiency and pressure drop of regenerators,and obtain the optimal bed height of regenerators under different pore densities.The effects of different initial temperatures and initial toluene concentrations on toluene combustion were analyzed to obtain a suitable initial toluene concentration range,Based on the basic theoretical knowledge of fluid mechanics and gas combustion,the paper simulated and analyzed the regenerative thermal oxidizer,optimized the structure of the regenerative thermal oxidizer.Finally,the optimum parameter setting range of the regenerative thermal oxidizer combustor was obtained,which makes the energy utilization rate of the equipment and the exhaust gas purification rate reach the best,and provide a good theoretical basis for the production and use of the equipment,save energy and purify the environment.
