Over the past decade, with the rapid development of China's coal industry and the continuous improvement of mining technology, mining depth has generally reached a thousand meters in the eastern part of China's coal mines.Coal and gas outbursts occurred not only in high gassy coal mines, but also in low gassy coal mines over the past two dacates.First of all,we analyze the regularity and characteristics of gas outburst in the area from different angles.tectonic coal produced by gravity sliding structure is the main controlling factors of gas outburst in the area.Second,We measure and analyze the coal and gas outburst indexes in Four coal mine.Coal and gas outburst under low gas have the features: low gas pressure, low in-situ stress, highly development of tectonic coal.In the end,we build a energy evaluation equation of coal and gas outburst and calculate the energy in different geological conditions. The highly development of tectonic coal is the important condition of coal and gas outburst occurred low gassy mines. After the calculation, when the consistency coefficient is 0.1,the coal seam has outstanding potential even without the participation of the gas,but this is no longer the gas outburst on real significance is prominent, but a similar rockburst dynamic phenomenon;when the consistency coefficient ranged from 0.2 to 0.3,The rock burst began to become coal and Gas Outburst under low gas condition. When the coefficient of solidity is more than 0.3,the coal seam and gas outburst are gradually over normal. We can preliminary evaluation of the danger of coal and gas outburst only from Protodyakonov coefficient of the coal and depth of coal seam in low gassy mines.
