The whole leaf disc is the core component of the new high pushing weight ratio aeroengine.Because of its complicated structure,the leaf type is distorted,it is difficult to manufacture difficult materials.Electrolytic processing is based on the principle of electrochemical anodic dissolution of metal materials to remove a process,with no loss of cathode,low processing costs,high efficiency,from the mechanical properties of metal materials,and many other advantages,has become the main disc manufacturing One of the methods.In this paper,based on the existing processing theory and the whole leaf disc electrolysis process,the research on PECM(Precision Electrochemical)Machining for nickel-based super-alloy blisk is carried out.Through a series of experimental analysis,the effects of processing mode,electrolyte parameters and electrical parameters on the processing effect were explored,and the parameters were optimized.The main contents of the study include:Improve the cathode design methods,including auxiliary electrolyte nozzle,the type of diaphragm-type electrolyte seal structure,to improve the quality of precision electrolytic processing and process stability.Carry out the whole leaf cascade cascade efficient electrolytic processing test.Through the rational design of the shape of the cathode edge,to increase the auxiliary nozzle and steady flow seal structure design,completed the rotation of the cathode design and manufacture.Using the optimized machining path to complete the electrolytic processing test of the cascade channel rotating nest material.The results show that the processing time of single leaf leaves is 36 min,and the residual size of the leaves is 0.9 ~ 1.2mm.Carry out the whole leaf leaf blade body surface precision electrolytic processing test.The design and manufacture of the precision forming electrode of the leaf shape were completed.The cathode structure was optimized by the experiment.The influence of the key parameters such as electrolyte pressure,processing voltage and amplitude on the machining results was analyzed by the electrolytic molding parameters.The results show that the contour of the whole leaf discs is 0.08 mm,which verifies the feasibility of the method.
