With the continuous strengthening of the law of environment protection and the promulgation of the gasoline national standard V,refineries are facing more and more stern challenges.In addition,with the continuous development of economy and the continuous improvement of living standard,the awareness of environment protection has been more and more strengthening,the desulfurization of gasoline has becoming more and more popular.Hydrogenation desulfurization technique is the mainly desulfurization technique applied in the industry at present,but the operating environment of the technique is harsh,which has a giant investment,therefore,our company wants to develop a new technique which is an alternative hydrogenation desulfurization process to reduce the production cost.In recent years,the adsorption desulfurization of gasoline had attracted many researchers'attention,due to the mild reaction conditions which can be taken at normal temperature and pressure,without the addition of hydrogen.As a result,this paper has developed a series of silver load adsorbent,and study its desulfurization performance and the composition of gasoline base on androption technology and also want to know the feasibility of adsorption desulfurization of gasoline in our company,in order to provide the basis date for the company to introduct the similar technology.In this paper,a series of well performance Ag~+supported adsorbents were prepared by incipient impregnation which based on zinc oxide,nickel oxide and aluminum oxide carrier.And the Effect of preparation conditions(Including calcination temperature,calcination time and optimum crop load)on the performance of adsorbents were studied.Based on the abundant experimental demonstration,the desulfurization performance of different kinds of adsorbents were compared.And several analytical instruments such as surface area tester and micro coulomb titrometer were used to analyze adsorbents.The experimental results showed that optimal preparation conditions were different by different kinds of metal oxide carrier.When calcination temperature and time,loading active amount of zinc oxide to adsorbent were 350?,3.0 h,and 3.0wt.%respectively,preparation condition was best and the adsorption capacity for thiophene of the adsorbent was higher,which was 18.42 mg S/g;When calcination temperature and time,loading active amount of nickel oxide to adsorbent were 400?,4.0 h,and 7.0wt.%respectively,preparation condition was best and the adsorption capacity for thiophene of the adsorbent was higher,which was 22.48 mg S/g;When calcination temperature and time,loading active amount of aluminum oxide to adsorbent were 450?,4.0 h,and11.0wt.%respectively,preparation condition was best and the adsorption capacity for thiophene of the adsorbent was higher,which was 28.76 mg S/g.Compared with comprehensive analysis,the aluminum oxide adsorbent had better desulfurization performance in the process of desulfurization.The adsorption desulfurization capability of different sulfur compounds in the process was:thiophene>dipropyl sulfide>2-propyl thiophene>2-n-butyl thiophene.Secondly,with the deep research on the adsorbent of aluminum oxide support,the feasibility of the adsorbent replacing the present hydrogen desulfurization process of our company was discussed.The results showed that the adsorbent of aluminum oxide support had a better regeneration effect and the regeneration effects can be achieved under the adsorbent was regenerated several times.Therefore,the adsorbent had better performance and recycling effect.The adsorbent could achieve the purpose of deep desulfurization(i.e.,?10ppmw)on the field of deep desulfurization;In addition,the mechanism was discussed:in the process of desorption of sulfur compounds,the mainly role of the load type Ag/Al2O3 adsorbent was?-complexation effect and S-M forces,the?-complexation effect was the main force;However,due to the poor selectivity of adsorbent and the higher cost preparation of the desulfurization than our company's currently desulfurization technology,the similar technology is not suitable for subsequent introduction and use in our company.
