?-alumina nanoparticles??-Al2O3?composited with lithium iron phosphate chould had a higher specific capacity than pure lithium iron phosphate.Usually,completely scattered,smaller size and size distribution of?-Al2O3 nanoparticles composite performance better.Fully distributed?-Al2O3 nanparticles to ensure that particles have good liquidity.The smaller the size,the larger the surface energy,and the closer the combination of lithium iron phosphate.Size distribution was uneven,large easy to block small particles flow channel,effects the uniformity of structure so as to affect the properties of the composites.How to prepare a fully decentralized,small and uniform?-Al2O3 nanoparticles size distribution is an important prerequisite for composite.Common methods of preparation of?-Al2O3 nanoparticles obtained from severely,and the large size,size distribution was not uniform.Therefore,this study used the improved chemical precipitation prepared completely scattered,smaller size and size distribution of?-Al2O3nanoparticles filler.Also the difference of?-Al2O3 nanoparticles dispersion method,namely pickling corrosion of industrial production by?-Al2O3 nanoparticles separation using coagulation method,also can be prepared entirely decentralized,small size and size distribution of?-Al2O3 nanoparticles filler.Using x-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy analysis and test method of specific surface area,for the preparation of?-Al2O3 nanoparticles structure,composition and morphology characterization.Chemical precipitation used aluminum chloride?AlCl3?,ammonia and ethyl alcohol,during the mixing process was precipitated aluminium hydroxide?Al?OH?3?precursor,then gamma alumina nanoparticles was fabricated after calcinating precursor at 550? for 2 h,which had available size ranged from 4 nm to 16 nm and the average size is 9 nm.Selectived corrosion was the right amount of 4.0 mol/L solution of hydrochloric acid at 60? and 80?,?-Al2O3 nanoparticles with hydrochloric acid reaction for 5 h,15 h,30 h.At 80? under selectived corrosion after 30 h of the separation of?-Al2O3 nanoparticles after coagulation,available size range from 4 nm to 24 nm,the average size of the?-Al2O3 nanoparticles is 12 nm and completely separated.The cathode material of lithium ion battery obtained by ultrasonic mixing lithium iron phosphate and?-Al2O3 nanoparticles preparated by selectived corrosion has higher discharge capacity and longer cycle life.
