China now is at the key period of industrial transformation,The nation requests that all enterprises must transform from low-end manufacturing to high-end one to promote our country's comprehensive strength.As the basic element of the industry,CNC machine tool plays a significant role,yes,it is true that we have already formed a certain scale in the productivity of CNC machine tools,but high-end ones are still controlled by other countries,thus,we must give the priority to the development of high accuracy and high reliable CNC machinetools.This article is sourced from the subsidiary subject of “High speed vertical and horizontal machining center” of the nation's major science and technology project”High grade CNC machine tool and its basic manufacturing equipment”.As its two major indicators of the CNC machine,i.e accuracy and reliability,among which the former refers to numerical control accuracy,which includes spindle accuracy and feed accuracy.And the later refers to the running of its key functional parts.This article will research on the electrical control strategy of CNC machines based on this two indicators.First of all,aiming to the problem of uneasy management of control parameter of traditional three ring PID,this article designed a self-adaptive fuzzy controller PID and added it to the speed ring of feed system by combining fuzzy control theory with traditional PID controlling,and tested both rightness and validity of the controller by means of simulation.And finally tested it on the CNC machine HMC63 and found that the efficiency is very good,and the whole accuracy of the machine has been promoted on a large extent.Secondly,by using PLC and PMC separately on the tool magazine(key functional part of the machine),and test running on the spot,the way of PMC control can save the running time and reduce trouble rate.This is why I used PMC control in this article.And at the same time,adopting macro program control on key functional parts and double exchange working table simplifying the control on complex work flow and promoted the running stability of the parts.By adopting the controlling method above mentioned,the HMC63 CNC machine has already achieved the acceptance of the nation's major science and technology project\s implementation office on January 9,2017.
