The work of this article is composed of two parts.In the first part(Chapter 1 ~ third),the characteristics of electrostatic and human static electricity,electrostatic hazards and anti-static technology are expounded,and the practical tests on electrostatic parameters are carried out,and the protective measures to deal with the static electricity of the human body are put forward.Because of the high voltage and less power of the human body,it is very easy to cause safety accidents.There are three main hazards in the industrial static electricity,that is,the explosion and fire,the electric shock and the obstruction of production.Different materials can affect the static electricity of the human body.When the body is wearing different materials,the friction between the fabric and the induction of electricity will cause static electricity.The chemical fiber material is three to four times as high as the static electricity produced by the cotton fabric.It will affect the health of the human body.When it is serious,it may cause a fire or an explosion.In order to reduce the static electricity,the effective method is to wear anti-static clothing to reduce the resistance of the body itself,but also by increasing air humidity,grounding and other measures to reduce the static electricity.The second part(fourth chapters to fifth chapters)focuses on two kinds of polyaniline conductive composites.The preparation methods of two conductive composites were studied,and their structures and properties were characterized and analyzed.The mixed acid doped polyaniline composite was prepared.When the addition of APS was 0.1g,the reaction temperature was 18,HCl: SA: DBSA(molar ratio)=8: 1: 1,the maximum electrical conductivity of the composite could reach 0.30 S/cm.IR and SEM prove that polymerization can be achieved by aniline solution polymerization.The polyaniline composite made by mixed acid doped polyaniline has higher conductivity than pure polyaniline,which greatly reduces the cost of polyaniline.It is an excellent conductive polymer composite.PE/PAn composites were prepared,and the optimized physical blending process conditions were determined as follows: under the addition of compatibilizer,in PAn /PE,temperature 165~175,and pressure 15~25MPa.Composite material is relatively easy to die molding,and has better mechanical properties and better conductivity.The research on the formability and mechanical properties of the composites shows that the ratio of PE to PAn,the temperature and pressure of the molding are the main factors affecting the conductivity and the formability of the composites.In addition,the tensile section SEM diagram of the composite after forming shows that adding compatibilizer will help PAn and PE mix evenly and avoid the aggregation of PAn in PE.Therefore,in the physical blending method,the addition of compatibilizer also has a greater influence on the tensile strength and elongation of the composite,and the addition of compatibilizer will increase the tensile strength of the composite.Strength and elongation.The research shows that the composites of conductive polyaniline and PE thermoplastic polymer have good formability and conductivity,and the research results will accumulate certain experimental data for the future research.Human body electrostatic protection is a systematic project.Only when protective measures are fully matched,can we achieve the desired purpose.In addition to the development of the most basic human electrostatic protection systems,such as antistatic clothes,antistatic shoes and socks,and so on,conductive polyaniline is introduced into the development of antistatic materials,which will be a promising research direction.
