Coal is still the main energy as the first resource for a long time,the coal industry has always been the accident prone industry,the mining technology needs a long period of research,now China's mining technology has improved greatly in efficiency,safety and other aspects,but there are still many unavoidable problems.With the rapid development of intelligent technology,virtual reality technology is being widely used in various industries.In recent years,it has been gradually applied to the coal mining industry.Therefore,the virtual reality technology is applied to develop the "three machine" virtual simulation system for fully mechanized coal mining face,which is aimed to restore the production scene of fully mechanized coal mining face.The contents include the following :The 3D modeling of shearer,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor in laboratory is carried out by using UG.The middle software 3DMAX transformation format is adopted to import the model into Unity3 d software,and the virtual simulation scene of fully mechanized mining face is built under the virtual simulation platform.The posture of shearer,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor is analyzed.Compiles the script program through C#,and the script component is used to realize the single machine motion simulation of the three machine under the simulation platform.It mainly includes the lifting of the shearer's rocker arm,cutting coal and running of coal;the operation of hydraulic support,such as collecting protecting plate,lowering column,shifting frame,lifting column,extending protection plate,pushing and so on;and bending movement of scraper conveyor.The intelligent cooperative movement of three machines in fully mechanized coal mining face is realized by analyzing the mining technology.According to the actual conditions,the cooperative movement relationship between the three machine includes: the hydraulic support group runs in sequence,and after the previous support moving is completed,the rear support will start to run;the hydraulic supports make the corresponding action according to the location of shearer,and the coal mining's speed is adjusted according to the distance between itself and the hydraulic support for moving;the hydraulic support and the scraper convey maintain a good connection in real time,the support would push different step according to the bending and pushing of scraper conveyor chute,at the same time,the scraper conveyor will be pushed along with the hydraulic support;The shearer can run in real time along the scraper conveyor.There are many special conditions in actual coal mining,the system willtake into some working conditions to make the simulation more close to reality,including the system using the end oblique cutting approach;different way of moving hydraulic support(single support sequence moving,group supports sequence moving,group support staggered moving);the system automatically responds after the special condition of spalling occured;The simulated coal mining process will continue to cycle until the artificial control to stop.The development of the GUI interface.according to the system function developed the shearer control panel,which could monitor and control rocker arm's lifting angle and traction speed of shearer;The monitoring panel of the hydraulic support shows the current moving mode and movements of supports in real time;on-off keying of conveyor controls the start-stop of the whole system.The camera monitor panel,the six cameras display the scene through the second perspective,users can choose the camera to select the observation point by themselves.At the same time,the button of spalling working condition is added,and the system responds intellectually while the user click the button.For the integrity of the system,the interface of the login interface and the working condition selection were also developed.In this paper,the simulation system reproduces the operation of the three machines from the aspect of movement,not only provides effective training platform for coal mining enterprises and schools,but also provides basic research for the virtual simulation technology applied to coal mining;The system makes a basic research for the subsequent connection with the database,realizing real-time monitoring and controlling of coal mine production,and the intelligent production of coal mine.
