| Although there is abundant coal resource in our country,it is complex and changeable of the coal seam hosting conditions.And it is a fundamental measure to ensure the safety and high efficiency mining while pre-drainage cross drilling borehole,the one of main research contents is to improve drilling efficiency and boring technology in future gas extraction.Drilling rig,the important equipment in the deep core drilling,has been formed series and variety,comprehensive functions literacy of products after years of development and meet manufacturing needs on the whole.And it is already development in the direction of automatic and intelligent direction.However there is still plenty room for improvement in terms of handling and storing drill pipe automatically.Automatic rod memory storage can replace repeatable and strenuous task and heighten the work efficiency greatly as auxiliary facilities of coal mine tunnel drill rig.Taking automatic rod memory storage and proper drilling tools for research objects in the paper,the major work lies in the following aspects:Firstly,the research background and significance of the automatic rod memory storage are analyzed;the development status and the work principle of the drilling equipment at the pit as drilling rig and drill pipes are introduced and the current states and working style of automatic rod memory storage at home and abroad are summarized.Secondly,one kind of automatic rod memory storage is designed based on the structure characteristics of rib drill pipes which are used soft coal seam.The structure and working process of various structures are described and the key parts are selected and built in 3D model.Then,end-effector is designed in detail which is direct contact with drill pipes,and the grasping force is obtained while the strength of finger is checked by the finite element software ABAQUS.And the kinematic and dynamics of simplified end-effector model is analyzed and simulated with software ADAMS,the gripping force rang and movements of the ginger are took while gripping workpiece that satisfy the design requirements.In the end,the reasons for the pressure loss of rib drill pipes with wind pressure drilling technology is analyzed,the solution is put forward that with reducing "internal resistance" and decreasing "external resistance" based on the careful analysis and calculation.The inner diameter of joint,spiral blade shape,spiral blade guide and spiral blade width are optimized of rib drill pipe with rod diameter ?73mm and spiral diameter ?98mm.The analysis results show that there is an optimal structural parameters for rib drill pipes of different types,and it provides some reference for the design and production of the drill pipe. |
