Water-inrush from coal floor is a kind of major disasters in underground,in fact,it is fluid-solid coupling phenomenon,the process of water inrush is very complex,and ofen caused by seepage failure of rock mass materials.In view of the water-inrush from coal floor problem,this paper developed the water-inrush from coal floor simulation test system of fluid-solid coupling,the test system mainly includes the water pressure control system and test bench.Among them,on one hand,the water pressure control system uses the gas pressure to compensate the shortage of the water pressure,achieving electric control of water pressure,and the pressure control range of01.25MPa,on the other hand,it provides water for test bench,and the water supply is up to 40L;Test bench is the structure of the frame structure,and the material is steel,it can use real water for fluid-solid coupling simulation test directly,the model which can be simulated of maximum size is 1000mm×1000mm×200mm,it is suitable for the geometric similarity ratio is 1:200 similarity simulation test;Made the fluid-solid coupling similar material,the cementing agent is paraffin and Vaseline,the aggregate is sand and barium sulfate and talc,the regulators is dimethyl silicone,and then test its uniaxial compressive strength and permeability coefficient and hydrophilic,the results show that the prepared materials is hydrophobicity materials,the strength range fom0.045MPa to 0.177MPa,the elastic modulus range from 11.083MPa to 23.58MPa,the permeability coefficient range from 0.15×10-10cm/s to 0.33×10-5cm/s.Put Zhaogu two coal mine as the prototype,and made the similar simulation test,the results show that under the influence of mining,the destruction of coal floor depth is 7cm17cm,confined water flowing zone of the height is 8cm,mining fissure failed to communicate confined water,so the accident of floor water invasion did not happen in the process of coal seam recovery.
