In recent decades,the preparation of one-dimensional nanomaterials by template method has become a research hotspot.AAO(Anodic Aluminum Oxide)template is one of the most widely used templates.Because of many advantages,such as insulation,thermal stability,good chemical stability,highly ordered structure and parameter adjustable features,meanwhile easy laboratory preparation,it brings great convenience to magnetic nanowires(nanotubes)research and alsobring new opportunities for the applications of magnetic memory,magnetic sensor and microwave devices.The main content of this thesis can be divided into two parts: preparations of AAO templatesand investigation on the effect of template parameters on nanowire deposition.In the first part,hard oxide templates have been improved and AAO templates with different specifications have been prepared by different anodizing processes.Meanwhile,a new type of multi area alumina template is prepared.In oxalic acid solution,we analyzethe defects of the traditional hard oxidation process,proposing the influence of unstable current caused by boosting process,the mismatches of strong electric field and the thickness of the barrier layer and continuous fusion of nucleating centers;Using ion flow hypothetical method to explain the relations between the hole spacing and the oxidation voltage and the fusion process of nucleating centers.On these bases,reference soft oxidation process,the hard oxidation processhas been improved by two times of hard oxidation and direct boost method,weakening the impact of these adverse factors.In addition,because of simplicity and lack of application of the traditional AAO template,we use mask method to preparation of AAO template in ring multi areaand use method of continuous steps to preparation of different regions of the shape of the AAO template;at the same time,in sulfuric acid solution,a small aperture around 40 nmAAO template is prepared.Using the homemade AAO template,we stud y the effect of AAO templates with different pore sizes on the electrodeposited Fe nanowires.In the process of deposition of Fe nanowires,the relationship at1:10 between the time of bubble jam and the AAO template aperture has been analyzed,providing a new idea for the follow-up preparation of nanotubes;At the same time,the mechanism of optimum growth along(110)crystal surface and the influence of the pore size of AAO template on the growth of other crystal surfacesof Fe nanowires deposition has been explored,providing the theoretical support for the growth along single crystal surface of nanowire.In addition,Fe nanotubes with different diameters were prepared by periodic stirring process.The influence of AAO template pore size on the deposition of Fe nanotubes and the growth mechanism of nanotubes deposition along the wall of nano hole were explored.
