Study On The Radical 1,4-Aryl Migration And Trifluoromethyltiolation Of Aryl Propynyl Ethers

This thesis mainly focuses on the study of trifluoromethylthiolation and radical 1,4-aryl migration of aryl propynyl ethers,which includes the following two chapters:Chapter I:the Research Progress of Trifluoromethylthiolation and Radical 1,4-Aryl MigrationThis chapter basically has two parts.In the first part,we introduced the development and application of common trifluoromethylthiolation reagents such as MSCF₃?M=Ag,Cu?and containing Y-SCF₃?Y=N,O?.In the second part,we start from the direction of aryl radical migration to introduce the aryl radical migration reaction from carbon atom to carbon atom and from heteroatom to carbon atom.Chapter II:Study on Radical 1,4-Aryl Migration And Trifluoromethylthiolation of Aryl Propynyl EthersIn this chapter,we focus on trifluoromethylthiolation and radical 1,4-aryl migration of aryl propynyl ether as a substrate reacting with trifluoromethylthio-silver reagent.We successfully achieved the synthesis of tetrasubstituted?,?-unsaturated aldehydes and radical 1,4-aryl migration of aryl propynyl ethers from oxygen to carbon under mild,low toxicity and easily operated reaction conditions.This study has important implications for the development of trifluoromethylthiolation and radical 1,4-aryl migration.
