DC/DC converter is widely used in the industrial, aerospace, military and otherfields.The power supply for the equipment should provide the high quality electricalenergy, ensure the normal work of the equipment. This thesis is the applicationstudy of medium power DC/DC converter with wide input voltage in aerospace.Design a voltage regulator module for flexible adjustment is very important in thisarea.Cascade topology is the main topology of the DC/DC converter. The front-endconverter is Buck circuit and the after converter is Push-pull circuit. Relative to theisolated type single-stage topology, the cascade topology does not consider theswitch adjustment to the impact of transformer. And by adjusting the transformercan realize lifting Voltage, and it has a wide range of applications. The workingprinciple of the cascade topology is analyzed in detail. And it found that its essenceis more like a isolation type of Buck converter. So in this paper it is also called theBuck current fed push-pull cascaded topology is isolated Buck converter. On thisbasis, the small signal model of the cascaded topology is established.According tothe results of analysis and design of power compensation network,to make thesystem work in a stable range.In the cascade topology,the transformer is the important element to produce thehigh voltage.If design reasonable parameters and coil winding method, it canimprove transformers' efficiency, increase the stability. In the experiment, analysisof the cascade topology is not a simple series. The sequential relationship of thecascade topology will seriously affect the working state to topology. Consideringthe safety reasons under the conditions of aerospace power, and the primarytopology has been isolated, the control loop will use a new type of magneticisolation technology to its isolation, in order to achieve the purpose of fully isolatedpower supply and improve their security.Based on the analysis of the work process of the medium power isolated Buckconverter on the space, it give out the parameter design. And built a power testprototype, testing the performance of the proto type.The voltage regulator modulehas the advantages that it has wide input voltage, well load characteristics, and fullisolation. And for the sequential relationship of their work, comparative testsdesigned to verify the impact of sequential relationship to the work status.
