In the majority of towns and villages in the cold region, construction qualitycan not be guaranteed, the relative scarcity of construction machinery, poorlydesigned, often resulting in the building due to uneven settlement heaving andcracking, etc., seriously affect the structural safety and proper use. Thus, with thevigorous development of new rural construction, the urgent need to form the basis ofa suitable anti-frost heaving of villages and towns.So this paper combined with the National Science and Technology Supporttopic-"cold green areas of towns and villages key technologies" inanti-freeze-thaw-based sub-topics, research freezing up of prefabricated small pilefoundation bearing characteristics. The foundation uses the basic form of the pile,the pile foundation to fully utilize the advantages of anti-frost; basis prefabricated,reducing losses caused by the construction quality of basic reliability; villages loadis small, so the use of small diameter200mm diameter piles pile length of5m, smalldiameter piles to improve material utilization and reduce costs; truck converted to apile pressure equipment, improve the use of prefabricated small pile foundationrange, lower construction costs.In order to study the small pile of prefabricated cold regions bearingcharacteristics, the paper pile using ABAQUS to establish a three-dimensionalmodel and its comparison with the theoretical solution compressive and upliftbearing properties. When compressive load analysis of seasonal thawing of the pile,and draw the load-displacement curve and lateral friction distribution, research pilelength, pile diameter and elastic modulus of pile bearing capacity affect itscompression; analysis of soil When heaving pile pullout capacity, explore loadtransfer law, drawing the load-displacement curve and distribution side friction,pulling against the carrying capacity study of these factors influence.Finally, numerical analysis theory to establish three piles-capping beam modelto simulate the actual project pile-Pile bearing characteristics of the beam. Getpiles load displacement curve Beams, analyze its compression and uplift mechanismand the difference between the middle of the corner piles and pile load, andchecking whether the pile meet the engineering requirements for the project toprovide reference to the actual.
