| As backbone of urban, urban road network plays a vital role in the normaloperation of city. But with the continuous development of urban road network, it’srisk under disasters also increased, the vulnerability are constantly exposed towithstand disasters ability. When the damage happen to the road network of thecity, the traffic will be seriously affected, social economy will suffer heavy losses,and people’s daily life will become extremely difficult. Therefore, its necessity forfurther research revealed the nature of the problem and the rules of the roadnetwork, road network vulnerability factors and the analysis of structuralcharacteristics of the network itself, identify key roads, key nodes and key regionaland then practice to guide traffic.This article illustrates the feasibility of using complex networks theory forurban road network, discrimination the concept of fragility and robustness, gives adefinition of the urban road network vulnerability at this paper, analysis the mainfactors that influence the vulnerability of urban road network, as well as travelertraffic response behavior under emergency situations, and the corresponding trafficassignment model is presented.The urban road network is abstract as a complex weighted networks, give theformula that calculat the weights of edges and nodes in the network, in fullconsideration of the situation of vulnerability factors, gives three closely andfocuses on a variety of evaluation index from the dynamic, static, dynamic andstatic three angles. Analyzes the feasibility of using the three index in common,obtained weighting of each index by AHP, build a comprehensive vulnerabilityassessment models.Based on the classic case of Sioux Falls network and Shenzhen’s actualnetwork, apply the evaluation index system and evaluation model get the roads,intersections and regional vulnerability of the road network. Analysis thedifferences of evaluation results between the evaluation of a single index and theevaluation system, and differences of comprehensive network vulnerabilityassessment outcomes between two cases, pointed out the advantages of urban roadnetwork vulnerability comprehensive evaluation, provides a theoretical basis ofvulnerability study for actual larger urban road network. |
