The CB05 tenders of the first and the second contact of Hong-Kong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge used in steel-concrete composite continuous box girder beam with curve section,the radius of the curve is 5500 m.The construction method of curve section is similar to the construction process of line segment.With successful completion of straight line segments,problems encountered in the summary before the construction process before,taking into account the curve segment stress more complex,and there is no realistic available experience for reference.Not only that,in to bridge the whole life cycle of the comprehensive economic benefits to consider,must on may appear in the operation phase is not easy to deal with the problem of advance corresponding numerical analysis,may bring the influence analysis and put forward the improvement measures.In this paper,a large finite element software Midas/FEA is used to calculate the fine finite element method.By simulating the actual temperature field of the bridge site,the most unfavorable conditions during operation can be accurately simulated,and the analysis of the integrated beam bridge details and the overall load performance is carried out.Finally,the high performance steel is introduced,and the original design scheme of the steel beam is modified,and the rationality of the steel beam is verified by the finite element analysis.In this paper,the model data(theoretical data) is extracted, and the results of actual data acquisition are compared with the results of the actual data, and the purpose of the model is correct and the guide site construction is conducted.The main research contents and results are as follows:?Summarizes the theoretical analysis of continuous beams.?Research on the detail of composite beam.When the emergency vehicle is the most outside of the long cantilever bridge deck,the composite beam has a different tensile strength of the corresponding roof shear force between the span direction and the non rib section.Take a preliminary exploration and analysis of the stress of the shear pin in this case.?Facing the composite beam in bridge state is a six span one coupling beams may appear eccentric load,temperature field change caused by combination beam changes, respectively,to discuss the eccentric load,live load,temperature load and the combined effect of combination girder torsional performance and the detailed analysis.?Summarized the development of high performance steel at home and abroad, summarized the performance and problems of high performance steel and its existing problems and use range.The preliminary exploration of its application in steel-concrete composite beams is carried out.
