With the development of society and the continuous improvement of living standards, people's quality of drinking water of the increasingly high demand, the limitations of conventional water treatment process has become increasingly prominent. The development of efficient, healthy drinking water treatment process has become brook no delay. Ultrafiltration process as the third generation of drinking water treatment technology has high water quality stability, covers an area of small, easy to realize the advantages of automation is being paid more and more attention. Aiming at the problem processing of Dahuofang Reservoir in low temperature and low turbidity and high turbidity raw water flood burst when the effluent is difficult to reach, the ultrafiltration technology for treatment of Dahuofang reservoir water, for the future of existing Waterworks in Fushun City mentioned standard transformation and new plant construction to provide technical basis, but also for the northern cold regions and taking Dahuofang water as raw water the water purification plant construction to provide technical support.This paper adopts a hollow fiber Hainan Lisheng company's internal pressure ultrafiltration membrane, test study on different water quality periods of Dahuofang reservoir water, the effects of different water stage ultrafiltration membrane technology on pollution and pollution removal effect of ultrafiltration membrane. Experimental results show that, in various water stage ultrafiltration membrane system turbidity<1NTU coverage rate reached more than 90%, the operation condition of raw water changes and the process does not have obvious influence on turbidity. Ultrafiltration membrane system is very good removal effect of microorganisms, the removal rate of close to 100%, but in the water occasionally can detect small amounts of microbes, the reason is because part of the membrane wire is broken or because of backwashing time from the water tank into the microbial, because of the need for regular cleaning and disinfection treatment for water tank, join the disinfection process in ultrafiltration membrane system. Ultrafiltration membrane system can remove all of the algae.In the low temperature and low turbidity period UF is used to directly process, through the experiment, good removal efficiency of turbidity, but the organic removal effect is poor, and the membrane fouling growth. When the coagulation pretreatment, the removal of organic matter increased, and can alleviate the membrane fouling.Using orthogonal design method in the normal water period optimal operation parameters of the microflocculation ultrafiltration was determined:processing water 2m3/h; filtration time 40min; dosage 5mg/L. And to determine the sequence of operation parameters influence coagulation ultrafiltration system are:processing water, dosage, filtration time. The optimal combination of parameters is determined by orthogonal test is better than the conventional technology in pollutants removal effect.In the summer of high turbidity period comes, the conventional process can't guarantee the stability of water quality, the most obvious is the high turbidity removal difficult. The stage using conventional precipitation+the microflocculation ultrafiltration, the turbidity of the effluent was between 0.053-0.146NTU, the average value is 0.066NTU, far below the drinking water turbidity<1NTU requirements; on the removal of CODMn and UV254 was respectively 60% and 35%. To the effluent quality is much better than the conventional process. Ultrafiltration in the face of high turbidity water suddenly worsened showed good stability.
