The outdoor temperature in winter of cold region is extremely low, in order to maintain indoor heating temperature, more effective methods are always pursued for improving construction of sealing, indoor and ventilation measures. Through the study of the research of 15 districts in Shenyang, the results showed that people want to keep ventilated even in winter to improve indoor air quality. At present, the technology of the solar wind with the joint application of phase change energy storage technology has become a hot issue in the field of building energy efficiency, solar air and phase change heat integration technology can not only reduce building energy consumption will also be able to improve the indoor thermal environment and so does the thermal comfort.In this article a new kind of solar fresh air system is designed in order to realize the improvement of thermal efficiency by the integrated application of the PCMs and heat pipe technology. Under the adequate sunshine condition, the fresh air is directly delivered into the indoor environment after being heated by the solar collector. By this time, the solar energy is served as the main heat source which isothermally afferent the surplus heat to the phase change heat storage equipment by heat pipe; When the sun radiation is reduced, the heated air temperature can't satisfied with the supplying temperature, the main heat source is changed to phase change heat storage equipment instead of solar energy. Heat pipe and part of the PCMs is encapsulated as a integration to finish the heat exchange in serpentine duct. The system adopt heat pipe for a high-efficiency and isothermal heat transfer which recover the shortcomings of PCMs such as:low coefficient of thermal conductivity and poor thermal efficiency.Based on the design the system has carried on the special custom and analyzed and tested the heat pipe, the test result shows that the performance of the heat pipe are good custom which are satisfied with the test requirement. Selection of phase change materials and select decanoic acid as phase change heat storage materials required for this test.Theoretically research on the phase change solar energy fresh air thermal storage system heat transfer conditions were analyzed, and the parts with meshing software to three-dimensional grid system parts, using simulation software to simulate and analysis heat transfer process of solar collectors, accumulator storage heat process and heat transfer exothermic process (including accumulator exothermic process), through the heat and phase change summary heat transfer rule. The test produced solar-based phase change storage energy fresh air high efficient heat transfer system and integrated in a residential room, through testing, to collect solar panels temperature data at different heights, to verify the one-way effectiveness of the heat pipe and raise system efficiency. The results show that the high efficiency of the heat pipe shorts the time of phase change material storage heat through collecting accumulator temperature data at different heights. The results verify the successful introduction of heat pipe technology improving the heat transfer efficiency of the system, extending the system ventilation time through collecting heat exchanger temperature data at different heights. Compared simulate heat exchange process with the testing process, we conclude that introduction of heat pipe technology can improve the heat transfer efficiency of the system and extend the system ventilation time. The results of the study show that, compared to normal fresh air system, the phase change solar energy fresh air thermal storage system has a significant improvement in energy saving and indoor comfort level and will play an important role in the energy sustainable development. The solar energy fresh air heat exchange system has obvious advantage in energy saving and comfort is of great significance to the sustainable development of energy.
