As the only vertical transit system in the buildings elevators has been paid close attention. People need elevators with the higher performance and service, a lift car has been not satisfy for modernization high building in traditional single wells. A new much lift car system with more than a well ladder has been proposed, it increases the carrying efficiency by adding the lift car’s numbers in a lift car, and this is the newest way in the world to solve transport efficiency, decrease floor space, save energy and decrease construction cost. This paper formulates multi-objective optimization for hall call waiting time, riding time, system energy consumption of the multi-lift cars. At the same time this paper discusses the problem for optimizing strategy and safeties of collision avoidance in multi-lift cars, proposes the security verification method with optimizing collision avoidance and a optimization scheduling algorithm based particle swarm ant-genetic algorithm. Research of this subject has significance application prospect and practicability.This main work of this paper is as follows:(1) Check out a large number of domestic and international information, combined with multi-car elevator system control technology trends at domestic and international to develop a multi-car elevator system for optimization of collision avoidance logic programming and PSO-GA hybrid algorithm for secure authentication and optimized scheduling research program.(2) Explores the multi-car elevator system structure, depending on the operating mode of the elevator car multicar elevator system is divided into double-deck elevator system, circulatory multi-car elevator system and a single shaft multi-car elevator.(3) Multi-car elevator system for a multi multi-objective optimization model for the average waiting time, average riding time and energy consumption of the three multi-car elevator control system performance objectives established circulatory multi-car elevator control system for elevators objective optimization model.(4) For collision avoidance problem of circulatory multi elevator system, based on the car safety operation standards circulatory elevator control system, analyzes the avoidance control problem of circulatory multi elevator system, studies the optimization planning method based on collision avoidance logic.
