This paper aims to optimizing the conjunctive use of sewage source heat pump technology and solar hot water heating technology and improving the drawbacks when they are respectively applied.By adopting key technologies such as cooperation technology of sewage source heat pump technology and solar hot water heating technology, efficient phase change technology, scientific operation strategies, continuous automatic control of each equipment and others, the system realizes the efficient operation of sewage source heat pump units and solar hot water heating system, storage and delay of energy, full utilization of peak and valley time price policy, which enables the system to gain the best heating effect and efficient operation of each equipment, finally achieving the best economic effect and the effects of energy-saving and environmental protection.Compared with running sewage source heat pump units individually, counjunctive use of sewage source heat pump technology and solar hot water heating technology is helpful to decrease initial investment and operating cost of sewage source heat pump and improve its life and IPLV; Compared with running solar energy hot water heating system individually, counjunctive use of sewage source heat pump technology and solar hot water heating technology is helpful to decrease initial investments of electric heater, solar energy collector and thermal storage devices, as well as to improve its heat collecting efficiency and decrease heat loss in transportation process; Whole system with automatic control can make the device reach its optimal state and prolong its life as well as simplify the operation process; Whole system with phase change heat storage units can make itself reach best operation effects.Carry on theory analysis, data analysis and simulation analysis about IPLV of sewage source heat pump units, heat loss of solar energy hot water heating system, total energy consumption of system, temperature of phase change heat storage water tank and other physical parameter in different operation conditions, finally investigating change rules of total energy consumption and system IPLV under different combined operation conditions, which can be a strong data support for early-stage programme and a strong demonstration that energy storage and energy efficiency delay of system can be improved with the help of phase change heat storage unit;The law about temperature of high-temperature phase change water tank, inner temperature of phase change heat storage units and other parameters can also serve as strong data supports for container selection, phase change units distribution, outlet water temperature setting and other earl-stage project work.Constantly optimize design thought to provide help and reference for future fields of renewable energy, finally completing the transition from non-renewable energy to renewable energy, so as to fundamentally realizing the sustainable development strategy of energy conservation and emissions reduction as well as to realize comprehensive utilization of a variety of renewable energy, which can be a big step toward the ultimate goal that realize the transtion from primary energy to renewable energy.
