| With China’s Western Campaign, the power resources in the western region have been developed. These resources are transported to the economically developed eastern and central regions by UHV. The guyed tower has obvious economic advantages, so it applies more and more in the west of UHV transmission line in our country. The guyed tower is mainly composed of guy and the main column. The guy plays the role of fixing the main column. Guy-Fittings System is an important connection fitting on guyed tower. If the crimp quality is poor, it is easy to cause strength damaged, lead guyed tower collapsed, cause huge economic losses.In this paper, established the finite element modeling of guy-fittings system, considered elastic-plastic materials and contact problems, simulated the whole parts of Clamp Crimp crimping process, analyzed the stress distribution of guy which is calculate by FEM, and analyze the factors of its distribution; established guyed tower model, simulated dynamic wind loading, calculated wind-induced response of UHV guyed tower, got the stress-time curve of guy; and got fatigue damage zone by the finite element model of guy-fittings system, and then through the stress-time curve of guy,obtained fatigue stress amplitude curve on fatigue damage area by rainflow counting method, got fatigue damage zone stress amplitude cycle times, estimated the guy-fitting system lifetime.The results show that: after crimping guy-fitting system, there is a greater focus on the mouth of stress positions which is easy to fatigue failure. Meanwhile put forward the method of guy-fitting system lifetime, that provide for a theoretical reference application for the project. |
