The thesis has researched the preparation and properties of GDC-SrMoO3-YSZ composite anode material.In the preparation process of composite anode material, chemical solution deposition, hard template method, liquid immersion method and other methods have been used. It has discussed the influence on the performance of anode material prepared and anode material by adding cotton pore of the single cell electrical.The SrMoO4 precursor powder and GDC-SrMoO4-YSZ anode materials prepared by hard template method were characterized by X-ray diffraction; the surface of anode, cathode, electrolyte and cross section of single cell were characterized by scanning electron microscopy; the long-term stability and its electrical properties of single cell are tested by electrochemical workstation.The synthesis of molybdenum strontium (SrMoO4) by hard template exhibited cylindrical, hollow porous structure, GDC nanoparticles introduced into the porous SrMoO4 by liquid impregnation method, GDC nanoparticles randomly distributed on the porous tubular scaffolds of SrMoO4,the single cell existed abundant pore. GDC-SrMoO4-YSZ composite anode of the single cell for power generation test, hydrogen and methane as fuel, when it at 800?, the maximum power density were 414.61 mW·cm-2 and 317.15 mW·cm-2, respectively. Comparing cotton as porogen for the anode of single cell with flour, graphite, activated carbon fibers as porogen of the anode, the former were super than the latter; Comparing cotton fibers with not joined in anode of single cell, the open-circuit voltage and power density of the former were superior to the latter.With the increased of impregnation amount of GDC, open circuit voltage and power density of single cell increased at first and then decreased, when 50wt% GDC impregnated in SrMoO4 the electrochemical performance of single cell were best. The results show that:GDC-impregnated hard template synthesis of SrMoO4 anode material of single cell has good electrical properties.
