In civil engineering design,calculations and disaster prevention planning,the most influential and most likely to cause damage and even failure of engineering structures is the wind load and earthquake.In this paper,the actual project has been researched,existing finite element software ANSYS has been used for establishing model of steel tower,and the static wind load and respond to fluctuating wind load of the model have been analyzed.Furthermore,the wind-induced vibration coefficient of displacement of tower is calculated and compared with code.The primary study method that wind-induced vibration response is simply solved by static method is provided.The main contents include:1.Based on Deterministic-Stochastic Hybrid model,average wind speed samples of 7 spatial points are simulated by Wood vertical wind profile model and Holmes horizontal radial wind profile model,and fluctuating wind speed samples with time correlation and spatial correlation are obtained by Wavelet-Analyse model,then downburst wind field with spatial correlation is obtained.Through the numerical results of the comparisons of correlation function and PSD the precision of the proposed method is judged.2.The dynamic response analysis under the downburst wind load and ordinary wind load are carried out,The displacement and acceleration-time curve under the two wind are obtained and a comparative study is carried on them.3 This article discusses the impact of the change of vertical coordinates of the center of the storm at torch tower distance time 0 on downburst wind field,the impact of y valueson downburst wind load,displacement and acceleration response is studied.
