In this article,the concept of soft rock and engineering properties are presented,it also described the methods of Fractional Calculus history and on the Riemann-Liouville fractional calculus operator definition and main properties.The stress--strain relationship of ideal solid meets the Hooke,s Law,the stress-strain relationship of ideal fluid satisfy the Newton's Law,so the stress---strain relationship of software is between them.Under the strain rate of loading conditions,Software stress-strain relationship has been raised with Fractional calculus method.It shows that the formula of stress-strain is a power function relation,and the scope of power ? is in number between 0 to 1.Soft rocks stress-strain curve is drawing with assume relevant parameters cartography.The innovation of this paper is the study of soft rock as a material between ideal solid and fluid,and Get the constitutive equation of the soft rock with the fractional calculus method.It is considered that the soft rock volume changes under the same strain rate of loading conditions.
