The wireless energy transmission technology show a great potential applications in the field of intelligent mobile terminal equipment, medical, aerospace, car charging etc, it was hotly discussed in recent years, however the design of the Energy Harvesting is the core part of the wireless power transmission. This paper aimed at the research and design of the wireless Energy Harvesting. At first, the article introduced the research situation of wireless power transmission technology, Energy Harvesting, development status and future trends at home and abroad; Then the basic principle of Active rectifier circuit and the DC/DC Boost convert circuit described in detail; Thirdly, Designed the specific circuit and Its performance are verified, including Active Rectifier circuit, oscillator circuit with simulation circuit. Finally, the whole circuit and layout design. As for the AC/DC Active Rectifier circuit,we take the on-chip CMOS transistor rectifier, in the rectifier circuit, use CMOS tube instead of the traditional diode, It can improve the conversion efficiency and the integration of the rectifier circuit; The DC/DC converter based on PFM current mode control schemes, this scheme turn on a high conversion efficiency at light load condition, and a quick response speed. Besides, a voltage and current detection circuit are built, which realize the over current, over voltage protection circuit effectively. The design of the standby control circuit, achieves low standby power loss.In this paper, use the standard SMIC 0.18 ?m CMOS process to design and simulation the circuit and layout. the simulation results show that in the low input voltage to 0.9V, the output voltage can reach 1.65 V, the load current is 65 mA, the highest efficiency up to 75%. The chip has been taped out rectifier circuit.
