Development Of Comprehensive Test Bench Of Fluid Seal

Seal test bench is the essential infrastructure for seal theoretical research and industrial application research.Through the data measured by seal test,the sealing materials,the shape of the structure,the fluid pressure and temperature on the seal performance and life can be studied,so as to optimize the relevant parameters,to improve the sealing performance and working life.In this paper,the traditional seal test bench is improved.The paper introduces the development of sealing technology materials and seal test bench,discusses the functions and features of the seal test bench,and make the overall design of the seal test bench.Then make a specific design and safety check to each system,especially the drive system and the sealing cylinder,to ensure the security of the system.The drive system uses Proportional Relief Valves,which improves the control precision.In data acquisition and control,according to the system requirements,the paper selects the related components,and makes a design of PLC and configuration software.The thesis designs a number of sealing experiments under different parameters,and the test data can provide a reference to sealing material life prediction.At last,the thesis checks the strength of the hydraulic cylinder and the sealed cylinder as well as the stability of the piston rod by using the finite element software.
