Quayside container crane(called quayside container for short)are widely used in various ports for loading and unloading container’s operations,which belongs to the special equipment and has had the huge economic efficiency. In the calculation of quayside container hand traditional conditions, the modeling process can be divided into 3 steps: 1) Based on detailed of CAD 2D drawings, to understand feature size parameters of the quayside container; 2) according to the professional knowledge, the structure of quayside container is simplified to a certain extent, in order to ensure accuracy of calculation; 3)using parameter command stream of the finite element software to model directly. Therefore, traditional method of hand modeling has higher requirements for working staff’s knowledge, skills and practical experience, needs to spend a lot of time and energy.Based on this, this paper adopts the Visual Studio compiler language environment and Access database technology, based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, has completed successfully the development tasks about series of parametric analysis system for quayside container. This system provides the users with a simple interface, in accordance with the actual situation and according to the system, users need only to fill in the relevant data, this can make the computer finish finite element models of quayside container, extract the stress results, save the pictures of results.The main research work is as follows:(1)the research on the parametric technology,combined with the structure features of quayside container itself,using the APDL command stream of ANSYS,to achieve a precise control of the dimensions on the quayside container,finish finite element model of quayside container and get the final result.(2)to research the specification of GB/T 3811-2008 and F.E.M European crane design specification,understandingthe computational load,load combination and computational standards about crane,the research work of static analysis and fatigue analysis on the quayside container are carried out,getting the results of structure calculation which accord with the actual engineering.(3)to successfully achieve Visual Studio and ANSYS docking technology,use Access database technique to package.Ensuring that the software meet all customer requirements, and further realizing the intelligent operation,the interface is stick out a mile, maintenance simply and reliable.(4)combining with accumulated technology after before,completing the development work of quayside container’sparameterized system, enabling it to conduct parametric analysis for most types of quayside container,modeling is no longer confined to a single crane, this has great practical significance.(5)according to the study on the index of all aspects of technology across the quayside container,realizing the quayside container parametric analysis system to have the multi Function, namely, in addition to parametric modeling, the system also has the safety evaluation, analysis of crack, crack repair recommendations and other aspects.
