Lithium battery formation process is a key link in production process of lithium battery, in the formation process, large electric energy bidirectional conversion, the traditional formation of electrical equipment due to a large amount of electric energy loss. Therefore, the design of a highly efficient energy feedback type lithium battery formation system has very high market value. Battery low voltage to high voltage bus between high ratio of bidirectional conversion, and absorbed from power grid and contribute to the energy balance of the algorithm is the focus of the study. The system based on modular design method, design the A to realize high current charge and discharge of low voltage single lithium battery power, and realize the excess energy feedback power lithium battery formation system. The main research contents are as follows:Analyzing the basic structure of lithium battery formation system, performance comparison of existing lithium battery equipment design, gives the design of the main technical indicators. Will turn into the system according to the function is divided into three main modules: charge and discharge modules, PWM rectifier module and control module. The comparative study of each module of the scheme, put forward the overall design scheme of energy feedback type lithium battery system.The hardware circuit of the design of the energy feedback type lithium battery formation system and use the modal analysis method and the method of equivalent circuit switch, to charge and discharge circuit module and PWM rectifier circuit module principle of work carries on the detailed analysis. To calculate the main power devices in the system and the driving circuit parameters, simulation using PSIM simulation software of main circuit working principle and parameter design, completed the parameter modification and optimization.Completed the design of the algorithm of charging and discharging module and PWM rectifier respectively, charge and discharge modules of the control structure, the PI control algorithm, can communication protocol, as well as the PWM rectifier includes improved one cycle control algorithm, and puts forward the a feedforward power bus voltage control can weight balance algorithm, to realize the control of the balance of the formation process of energy feedback and energy flow.Made a prototype, through the actual test of the prototype, the charging and discharging module and PWM rectifier module under different working modes of a waveform, and the measurement of the parameters of charge and discharge, the whole efficiency, bus voltage and current parameters, analysis of the effect of different operating modes and energy balance control.
