Good air conditioning system was necessary to ensure appropriate conditions for ship cabins airflow distribution and crew comfort requirements, suitable fan mode was an important factor in ship design important consideration. The downward directed vertical wall jets induced ventilation system has the advantages of high range of temperature, less supply air volume, smaller pipe and good comfort.This airticle aimed to use the system to replace the traditional mixed air supply system in the ship.The thesis took a typical ship cabin as the basic physical model, establish the appropriate boundary conditions through reasonable simplification and estimation. The numerical simulation of grid independent verification, reasonable turbulence model and discrete format and comparative analysis of the experimental data and simulation data proved the credibility of the inducement ventilation numerical simulation.By taking the parameter of the mixed box and air vent as variable, the induction ratio as the metrics and the numerical simulation as the means, analyzed the flow velocity figures of the mixed box and the simulation result data, investigated the effect of mixed box and vent parameters on the induced air system.According to the results of the simulation data about the optimizing the mixed box, established different mixing box structure condition and comparative evaluation of air temperature, velocity field and PMV so that summarized a better air induction system. By adjusting the distance from the side wall of the mixed box, got the distance limit attached effects. Established summer and winter conditions, analysed velocity and temperature distribution of the typical cross-sections, the results showed that the induced air supply system was the reasonable air form which was suitable for the ship cabin.By optimizing the design of the mixing tank which is the terminal structure of the induced airflow system and analysing the internal air distribution and thermal comfort indices in the ship cabin, verify the feasibility of the downward directed vertical wall jets induced ventilation system used in the enclosed low spaces such as the ship cabins, provide reference and basis for the design of the air conditioning system in the ships.
