The radial clearance is one of the key factors which affect the quality of rolling bearing. The size of rolling bearing radical clearance will directly affect the load distribution?vibration, noise and bearing life. If the clearance is too large, when the rolling bearing under load, it is easy to loose and cause vibration. If the clearance is too little, it will cause raceway contact stress rise up, which will result in the early fatigue. This paper mainly researched the deep groove ball bearing radial clearance of the online dynamic measurement technology.This article adopts the method of dynamic multipoint measurement of ball bearing radial clearance, that is: under the effect of axial load, the spindle turns the inner ring, sensor radial effect on the bearing outer ring diameter end face, at the same time, the upper and lower the load acting on the outer ring respectively, two measuring displacement difference for a single point of radial clearance. Then, hut a certain rotary Angle of outer ring, repeated a single point of radial clearance measurement method, get more radial clearance and take the average value is the bearing radial clearance value. Radial clearance measurement process is discussed in this paper, both inside and outside circle relative tilt, dislocation, inner ring and eccentric spindle and inner ring automatic clamping of measurement error, the influence of radial clearance is given the precision of the dynamic testing system design requirements.Radial clearance mechanical dynamic online detection system is developed, mainly including: instrument rack device, inside and outside the circle pressure rotating device and up and down load loading device of three parts. Instrument rack device, spindle support and sensor frame fixation of measured bearing internal and external rotation part positioning, loading part to exert the tested bearing radial load. By controlling the spare parts of shape tolerance and the tolerance of fit to meet the design requirement for precision.Including the hardware system and software system is developed in radial clearance dynamic detection measurement and control system. Hardware system includes control part of the hardware system and the signal acquisition part of the hardware system. Control part of the hardware system includes a motorized spindle, frequency converter, rotary encoder, PLC and industrial control, complete system control. Signal acquisition part of the hardware system including inductance displacement sensor, acquisition card and industrial computer, complete the radial clearance of signal acquisition and processing. Software system including the system control program and radial clearance measurement procedures, completed system action control and radial clearance measurement.Through the development of deep groove ball bearing radial clearance automatic detection system experimental verification and error analysis, the results show that the repeatability of the system is ±1?m, and the measurement efficiency is 10 seconds/set, so it can satisfy the deep groove ball bearing radial clearance automatic online detection requirements.
