With the continuous improvement of aircraft sophistication and the rapid development of more-electric and all-electric aircraft, the aircraft electronic equipment is increasing, the importance of the aircraft power supply system is promoted to a new level. As the main component of auxiliary and emergency power supply system, the aircraft battery would supply power to the key electrical equipments when the main power malfunction, ensure its safe flight and landing. Because of the aircraft battery belongs to electrochemical products, the battery model system is time-varying and nonlinear, and its working environment is complex and badly. In order to ensure its working performance and security, the research of battery testing technology of performance and state parameter will have important significance of scientific and engineering application.This thesis mainly focuses on the research of the aircraft battery test technology. The research content contains following aspects:(1) The test methods of the battery key performance parameters are researched. With the SAMSUNG ICR18650-22 FM Li-ion battery as the researched object, through a large amount of performance test experiment, the data model of battery capacity and open circuit voliage are established, and the features of battery model parameters are analyzed.(2) The classification and characteristics of battery model are comprehensive described, and select the Thevenin equivalent circuit model as battery modeling. The offline identification method of battery model parameter are researched. The identification results of battery model parameter are verified, and their relevant features are also analyzed.(3) The battery model parameter's online identification method is researched. Through apply the Recursive Least Squares to the battery model, the model parameters can be tracked online. The battery online SOC estimation method based on RLS-EKF is proposed. Then, through a large amount of battery loading profiles test experiment, the performance of SOC online estimation method based on RLS-EKF are physical verified. The experimental results show that this method has a good accuracy, and has a good robustness to different initial value of SOC, environmental stress and working stress.(4) An battery test experiment platform were designed. The platform is designed in accordance with the related aircraft battery test standards. It can be used to the battery performance test experiment and loading profiles test experiment, improved the test experiment efficiency and data precision.
