The inertia horizontal vibration conveyor is widely used in the workplace of metallurgy, mining and other enterprises. The working efficiency is high, smooth and quiet, this is why it become the focus of researchers. But according to the horizontal vibrating conveyor conveying speed calculation theory has been inadequate, and the interconversion of the moving state of the materials, conveyor parameters influence on the speed of transport are main problems of vibrating conveyor. At the present stage in dynamic analysis of horizontal vibration conveyor, for transporting basically are using Coulomb friction model is studied. And on the tribological proposed many friction model, such as Coulomb model, the Stribeck model, Dahl model and the LuGre model and so on. The in view of the three applicable to dry friction model, that Coulomb model, Stribeck model and the LuGre model, simulation and experimental comparison of proposed calculation curve between the clip area and Euclidean distance method, quantitative comparison, it is concluded that the LuGre model is more close to the real friction phenomena. The relative motion of the movement of materials is analyzed. And analysis of velocity and acceleration of each movement state and discriminant method of relative motion are obtained, through the material groove and force analysis, get the kinematics equation of the material groove. Using the known average speed of transmission of data, under three kinds of models were simulated and the average speed of calculation, model in material conveying and the average speed of the fit degree, got the response of the LuGre model of material movement simulation through MATLAB software. At the same time, Stribeck model and Coulomb model were compared. Base on the LuGre model, analysis of the parameters of vibrating conveyor, respectively as the mass eccentricity distance and frequency ratio, low frequency axle frequency and phase difference of material average delivery rate of influence, obtained better result of parameters, by using the method of low frequency axis changes, comprehensive analysis, were obtained at different frequencies in the transmission speed reaches the maximum, various parameters, namely from eccentric quality, frequency ratio and phase difference. The results show that from eccentric quality will be stable in 0.25, frequency ratio stable at 2, while the phase difference is close to 90 degrees.
