| The paper summarized and reviewed the research status in domestic and abroad on the basis of the cooling towers of reinforced concrete structures blasting technology and demolition theory, using the finite element dynamic analysis software conducted a comprehensive numerical analysis research for the application and function of high unloading slot in cooling towers blasting demolition. The main results are as follows:(1)The paper analyzed the collapse mechanism and collapse condition of cooling towers blasting demolition: cooling tower dumped under the effect of negative moment produced by its own gravity, and touchdown disintegration in the process of collapse.The collapse conditions are that one is the gravity overturning moment of cooling tower must be greater than its own resistance moment after blasting incision formed and another is the support section should have a certain strength so that it will not immediately damage under gravity pressure and avoid it sit down ahead.(2)According to the structure size of cooling tower in the practical engineering,the paper established six different cooling towers blasting numerical programs to simulate the process of collapsing and analyzed the collapse of the status of motion,collapse time, the collapse of support stress, the velocity of collapse and disintegration and the changes of incision stress. The results showed that: high unloading slot can change the state of motion、accelerate the disintegration speed of the tower、control tower stress distribution and shorten the collapse time(3)Numerical calculated and analyzed the cooling tower collapsed touchdown vibration velocity under different height of unloading slot cooling tower collapsed programs and revealed the influence of cooling tower collapsed touchdown vibrations under high loading slot. By comparison with numerical results and project, numerical simulation results obtained are consistent with the actual.( 4) High unloading slot effect of application in the engineering of blasting demolition of the cooling tower and the numerical calculation results have good consistency, further proves the correctness and rationality of the results of numerical simulation.Through high unloading slot effect and application of blasting demolition of thecooling tower in numerical studies to provide certain reference value for practical engineering project, at the same time which has an important significance for mechanism research of blasting demolition of the cooling tower 、 blasting effect prediction and the improvement of the design of blasting scheme. |
