More and more mature in the preparation technology of plastics is making the application of plastic area more and more wider. However, The waste plastic is growing,making environmental pollution very serious.What is more, it is causing non-negligible threats to people's life. So more and more people are beginning to pay close attention to the processing of waste plastic nowadays. The face that Plastic is resilient, and concrete is brittle allows the plastic adding concrete to enhance the toughness of concrete, increase its earthquake resistance.At the same time, Plastic added can effectively decrease the apparent density of concrete,etc. So studying the effect of plastic aggregate on concrete performance is very meaningful. One hand, it can help improve the inherent shortcomings of traditional concrete, on the other hand, it can find out a new way to deal with large number of waste plastics.This paper used waste PVC cable skin as the raw materials of plastics aggregate.First,PVC cable skin would be through crusher, then parts mixed with cement powder,at last twin-screw extruder was used to make them into new aggregate. Plastic aggregate replacing sand by volumetric inside substitution method changed the constituent of mortar, getting plastic mortar. Here are the main research contents of this paper:1.The relationship between Aggregate properties(apparent density,contact angle and elasticity modulus)of and cement content were studied. It was found that with the increase of cement content, the contact Angle decreased, aggregate the apparent density and elastic modulus increased;2.Plastic Aggregates were added to mortar, getting plastic mortar. The effects of different plastic aggregates with different content on mobility, apparent density,compressive strength, flexural deflection, ultimate deflection and plastic aggregate distribution of plastic mortar were studied. And the main findings were that when plastic aggregate content was equivalent, the compressive strength, flexural deflection,and ultimate deflection of mortar increased;3.The effect of different plastic aggregates on the thermal conductivity of mortar was studied. Parallel model and series model were set up, and parallel factor and serialfactor were assumed, at last the relation between theoretical thermal conductivity and aggregate content was derived. With aggregate increasing, thermal conductivity of mortar reduced. Theoretical thermal Conductivity in parallel model was higher than the one in series model;4.Uniform pore size argument(?) and average pore size argument(r) were looked on as quotas and the influences of different aggregate content under different temperature on the pore structure of cement mortar, and the sulfate resistance of mortar were studied. Under the condition of 200?, with the increase of aggregate content, ?increased, and r decreased.
