Today's global economy continues to blossom, to communicate between the countries have become increasingly frequent, waterways for transport of large quantities of goods have a unique advantage in the global flow of goods in the indispensable. The ship used in the process, there will inevitably be unexpected general average accident. When the ship after damage to a certain extent, the ultimate carrying capacity of the ship important technical indicators can cause varying degrees of impact. After the damage caused flooding and leaking cargo ship deadweight loss and changes in buoyancy, thus affecting the floating condition of the ship. On the other hand, damage caused by the loss of the hull structure of the ship structure strength. Under the influence of these two factors, whether the ship is damaged it can be safe navigation, or the implementation of the program should take to rescue and towing.
