Existing photovoltaic panels cleaning machine cannot achieve automatic adaption and dry cleaning. For giant Photovoltaic power plant located in plateau and deserted area, it's of vital practical significance for photovoltaic panels cleaning machine equipped with the function of automatic adaption and dry cleaning.By analysis of design requirements for the hydraulic system of the photovoltaic panels cleaning machine, Electro-hydraulic control method is determined. Different working conditions are discussed and kinematic analysis and dynamic analysis is carried out. Specific hydraulic Components are selected and dynamic simulation is completed for the Electro-hydraulic control system.Integrated design plan is discussed for the vacuum system, optimized parameters of the vacuum port and Settling chamber are obtained by simulation. Specific turbine is selected after fluent simulation for the vacuum port.By debugging the prototype machine, function realization for the photovoltaic panels cleaning machine is improved and automatic adaption and dry cleaning is achieved.
