The high pressure air blowing system is one of the security devices. It is of vital importance to the submarine's vitality. When submarine's ballast tank is flooded or submarine is acting emergency surfacing maneuver, the high pressure air blowing system will play a significant role in the emergency recovery. Because of the high cost and long period of the experiemental study, the CFD simulation and the mathematics model research will be carried out ot cut the study cost and time. Among the two method, the mathematics model can get a result in a short time.In this paper, the mathematics model calculation and CFD simulation are carried out to analysis the process of blowing.Firstly, the process of blowing is simplified in the paper, and a mathematics model is established. then the ordinary differential equations extracted from the model is resolved with fourth order Runge-Kutta method. Secondly, the dissertation carries out the CFD simulution with VOF method and compares the simulation result with the mathematic model. The comparion reveals that the mathematic model is of guiding significance for the blowing system design.At last, the calculation with mathematics model is conducted to study the factor that effect the blowing procedure, such as the throat diameter, the flood port area.
