In recent years, high-speed railway construction is in full swing in our nation. Since the high-speed trains demand very high quality for the track flatness, a great number of bridges are being used. Bridges make a large proportion with an average of nearly fifty percent in high-speed rail projects. When the train set passes through the railway bridge, the bridge will be in contact with rail wheels and generate complex forces, which will make the rail bridge structure suffer vibration, in turn the vibration of the bridge affects the operation of the train. If the coupling vibration between the train and the bridge is large enough, it might adversely affect riding comfort even safety.By FE program ANSYS, this thesis established a simple point-line contact model for simulating the interaction between vehicle and bridge, and applied displacement-contact method to achieve the train vehicle movement on the bridge. Based on this model, this paper applied FE analysis on several vehicle bridge interaction issues, and validated the model feasibility by comparing FE results with the analytical and semi-analytical solutions. This article investigated the vehicle bridge interactions of two dimensional plane deeply. High-speed trains travel on multi-span continuous beam bridge and cable-stayed bridge under smooth and irregularity conditions were studied as the train cars simulated by a FE model with 10 degrees of freedom. In the two-dimensional analysis, bridge resonance had some certain relationship with the length of the car, bridge span length and train speed. To further research the bridge resonance mechanism, the train cars were simplified as the moving force sets, full analysis on the bridge resonance and the feasible plan to cancel the resonance was done. Finally, this article carried out analysis about selection on the span length of box beam by using vibration resonance and cancellation conditions.
