Anti-seismic of underground structures is being focused gradually during the process of large-scale development. Due to its specialties, the research of dynamic behavior of soil around underground structures is particularly significant. In this thesis, model parameters is fitted by resonant column tests, in which soft soil in Wuhan area was regarded as research object. The Davidenkov model has been implemented into the Open Sees software as user-defined materials. The seismic response analysis of subway was performed. The contents and conclusions of this thesis are including:(1) The relationship between shear modulus and shear strain under different confining pressures by resonant column test using the Wuhan clay, so do shear strain and damping ratio. Model parameter are obtained using Davidenkov model fitting the experimental data.(2) A secondary development code of Davidenkov material subroutine by open source software Open Sees is developed and analyze the sensitivity of main parameters of the model. The accuracy is proved by resonant column test results.(3) The seismic response analysis of typical parts of tunnel is performed using Davidenkov model as surrounding soil dynamic constitutive model, in which seismic impact from dynamic characteristics of soil on the mechanical behavior of tunnel is discussed.
