Because of its simple structure and wide speed range, Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM) is widely used in industrial, commercial, aerospace and other fields. Square control strategy is widely used to drive BLDCM, due to the torque ripple and high running noise, it has not meet the requirements of modern society. In order to reduce the torque ripple, decrese the running noise and increse the efficiency of control system.the research of vector control technology is of great significance. In this paper, the vector control technology is studied, the main research contents are as follows:(1)The speed and position estimate method is discussed based on hall position sensors. In view of the hall compenent installation deviation problem,a deviation correction method is designed, firstly caculate the hall deviation angle in online, then regulate the initial position of every hall sector,so the speed and position estimation is optimized. The speed and current closed-loop control method using the anti-windup PI regulator and square wave switching and direct starting method are discussed? Finally, the discussed method is verified by Matlab/Simulink.(2)An vector control system of BLDCM experimental platform is built using MCU STM32F103C8T6 as the core chip. The hardware circuit of each part is designed in detail, including microcontroller circuit, three phase inverter circuit, detecting circuit, auxiliary power supply circuit, and on this basis, programming design is completed based on MDK-ARM integrated development environment.(3)The experimental reserch has been carried on the vetor control system of BLDCM, and compared with square wave control strategy, the experimental results show that the vector control system of BLDCM has good speed steady precision.
