Multi-ribbed composite wall structure is a new kind of fabricated structure characterized by energy-saving, anti-seismic and green environmental protection.It has broad application prospect. Influencing factors and control methods of quality, cost,schedule and safety of multi-ribbed composite wall structure project are researched,which provide basis for construction units to ensure the smooth realization of each objective. According to multi-ribbed Composite Wall structure project's features, this paper establishes the indicator system of this project objectives' influencing factors.Then the influencing factors indicator system is analyzed by factor analysis. On this basis, study is conducted on multi-objective(quality, cost, schedule and safety) control of multi-ribbed Composite Wall structure project. Based on improved TOPSIS choosing the best construction program under multi-objective conditions to achieve integrated control of four objectives. The specific contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) According to multi-ribbed composite wall structure project's features, based on referring to relevant literature and research materials, experts' advice, considering influencing factors of each objective comprehensively and analyzing the refinement influencing factors, the paper establishes the indicator system of this project objectives' influencing factors, which provide reference for construction and management personnel. Factor analysis is used to extract common factors by dimensionality reduction. In response to these common factors, some measures are suggested to control objectives of multi-ribbed composite wall structure project. Simultaneously by using factor contribution rate calculate the weight of all indicators. Weight reflects itsimportance, it has important significance to direct the construction units to take effective measures to control objectives.(2) Based on the analysis of multi-ribbed composite wall structure project objectives' influencing factors studying the control of quality, cost, schedule and safety respectively. Take maximum benefits of project management as the fundamental basis for project control, this paper establish three relational models: quality-schedule,cost-schedule, security-schedule. Through schedule establishing a relationship between them to take into account the relationship among all objectives, which lay theoretical foundation for integrated control of four objectives.(3) Take Zhong Zhou Yu Fu project in Lankao County Henan Province as example. By factor analysis determining the weight of four objectives, the paper use improved TOPSIS to choose construction program under multi-objective conditions. In this way the best construction program is selected. The results show that : the sequence of programs is more conform to the objective reality. Through using improved TOPSIS can select the best program, which controls four objectives so comprehensively that achieve integrated control of four objectives, in this way realizing maximization of the project's comprehensive benefits. Combined qualitative with quantitative means, the content of multi-objective control of multi-ribbed composite wall structure project is perfected, which has important theoretical and practical significance for managers to control objectives scientifically.
