Since the power servo turret is the core component of the machining center, the analysis of its gear transmission system based on Dynamic Theory has a great impact on improving the accuracy and efficiency of CNC machining tools. The meshing stiffness has been one of the main excitation forms in the meshing process because it varies with the time. Therefore, it is extremely important to take the time-varying of meshing stiffness into consideration in analyzing the gear dynamics.First, based on the precise modeling theory, this paper takes the involute gear as the object and calculates its stiffness by using the materials mechanics method. The maximum deflection method, which would be adopted to define the base point N, can calculate the gear deflection more precise. Compare the calculation result of time-varying stiffness with the standard set by Mechanical association and ISO respectively, we can get the conclusion that the results are identical. Then, use ANSYS Parameter Design Language, parametric modeling the gear, calculate its deflection. The significances of the deflections vary from using different kinds of constraint methods.Applying the finite element method and the theoretical method, the values of the single gear deflection obtained are extremely close to each other.Last but not the least, taking the time-varying stiffness, gear friction, gear black lash and some other factors into consideration, torsional vibration models are being set. Adopting the theoretical method to calculate the time-varying stiffness is easier to program, and also can be combined with the dynamical calculations.. Therefore, after writing the MATLAB computing programs and using the Newmark-? numerical method to calculate, the thesis studies on the final results. Study the surface friction and revolving speed's impact on the dynamic behavior of gears and sensitivity of the gear dynamic transmission errors...
