With the all-round development construction of highway networks, the highway inspection and maintenance tasks become increasingly burdensome. As the subgrade is the main structure of highway, it influences the whole performance of road in a large part and its heavy damage may cause directly damage as traffic paralysis, economic loss, etc. The distribution of moisture content, which can influence the stability, is one of the most important factors in highway construction. Therefore, this text/paper has taken a research with high-density resistivity to detect the humidity field of highway subgrade, and provide a reference to timely maintenance of subgrade on disease road. The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the basic principle of high-density resistivity method, considered the influence of subgrade moisture content both on subgrade disease and strength and on resistivity to put forward the influence that the change of moisture content works on the rebound modulus of subgrade soil and analysis the reason of moisture field checking. Study the feasibility of high density resistivity method applied the existing highway subgrade humidity field tests to put forward several problems of the high density resistivity method in existing highway test.(2)Aiming at the manifestation of the high-density resistivity has the features of low efficiency highway roadbed checking and electrode inadaptability. From the two main aspect, applicability and detection efficiency, study the comparison parameters about high density resistivity method applying for the subgrade detection, and reform the related checking equipment, such as electrode, so as to improve the high-density adaptation on existed highway detection. Furthermore, using the modified testing equipments do experimental study to verified its stability, feasibility and applicability.(3)The paper studies on the indoor calibrating and amending field data to research the data processing method of subgrade humidity field with high-density resistivity. Work out the indoor calibration curve of physical parameters subgrade soil through indoor calibration data, which represent the relation of moisture content and resistivity. Amending the field test data based on indoor calibration, and measure the space between/among small electrodes to detect the road shoulder to get the error relationship between back calculation and actual measurement of moisture content to amend the roadbed data.
