With the continuous development of China’s economic, social, urban area is expanding, land and natural resources are increasingly strained, demand for energy is growing. As a result, more and more high-rise buildings going up, energy consumption figures are constantly refreshed. In the resource-based cities, every day during the mining demolition, new and old urban underground coal mine buildings surrounding buildings, and along with ore mining operations earthquake generated also increases the frequency and exploitation of mining and increasingly frequent. Construction of high-rise buildings and underground works often require excavation works, excavation of the size and depth increasing. Many excavation in the city’s built-up areas, close to the basis of the existing building or structure, excavation and foundation pit is not only related to the security pit itself, but also to the neighboring building safety. In addition, the seismic hazard of mine on the surrounding buildings constructed more and more attention. Although not mine earthquake intensity, light source, but widely distributed, frequently occur, it could cause casualties and property losses, and therefore mine earthquake secondary disasters caused by a major disaster has become more concerned about people.Taking the form of common excavation engineering geological conditions typical Fuxin area, for example, by using numerical simulation method to analyze the structure of the building and a pit adjacent to the frame, in the case of different distances Foundation, group pit excavation and mining deformation and internal forces variation caused by the earthquake building structure. This paper summarizes the results of previous studies, based on the deformation and internal forces in mine action and the shock caused by excavation works around the building, etc. are summarized; the excavation, the soil pit and adjacent buildings as an integrated system, using the finite element software ANSYS, analyzes the excavation under the building structure during earthquakes mine adjacent deformation law, calculation and analysis of the internal forces in frame structures before and after excavation and mining of earthquakes law, the effects of the mine excavation project under the shock effect on adjacent buildings; identify the impact of excavation works at the mine earthquakes rule of neighboring buildings, for the design and construction of the actual project provides reference, and related analysis and numerical simulation study has certain reference value in the future.
