Crumb rubber concrete as a new energy-saving materials, because of their excellent engineering properties such as low elastic modulus, low brittleness, good crack resistance, higher damping factor, more suitable for road materials. This is the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education funded project- "based on the microscopic structure of the rubber set on durability of concrete material" subproject, mainly for rubber aggregate content and thickness of the concrete pavement degree of workability, strength, resistance to chloride ion penetration and affect performance, such as salt frozen study made the following findings.(1)The use of water, NaOH solution to the crumb rubber surface treatment, found that compared with untreated preparation of concrete and mortar strength without significantly increased. Therefore, the rubber fine aggregate, particularly rubber powder, from the viewpoint of the strength of concrete, its surface treatment is not necessary.(2)Incorporation of rubber reduces the flow of concrete, when the rubber particles to replace the fine aggregate substitution rate of 55%, the concrete mixture is not only poor fluidity and cohesiveness also deteriorated. Rubber particles content, the smaller fineness, the greater the impact on the work of concrete mixture. Apparent density rubber aggregate concrete, with the rubber particles decreases with an increase dosage.(3)Compressive strength of crumb rubber concrete, with the rubber particles decreases with an increase dosage. Orthogonal analysis showed that rubber particles content on the compressive strength of concrete is particularly significant impact, weight, degree of influence on the compressive strength of concrete is significant, and there is a linear correlation between them and the concrete compressive strength.(4)The extent and thickness of the rubber particles content of concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration significantly affected. The finer rubber particles, the more advantageous against chloride ion penetration. Once the rubber particles substitution rate exceeds 25%. the concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration began to decline. When the rubber particles was 25% and the time to replace the ultra-fine rubber powder as electric flux concrete smallest, only 42.4% of the reference concrete, very low chloride ion penetration capability. Content of rubber particles, there is a linear correlation between the electric flux fineness modulus and concrete.(5)Impact rubber particles freeze salt content on concrete performance is particularly significant, significant impact on the degree of thickness. After 200 freeze-thaw cycles, only replace 25% and thick rubber particles and rubber particles in the two groups of crumb rubber concrete damage. Under the experimental conditions, the incorporation of 40% extra-fine rubber particles, the best performance of concrete frozen salt. Both move with concrete linear correlation exists between the mold loss rate.
