| Since the advent of aircraft, it has become one of the indispensable means of transport because of the advantages. The aircraft landing gear is to ensure that the aircraft to complete take-off and landing operation of the key functional components. Therefore, the landing gear and the aircraft abdominal docking installation accuracy is to ensure the completion of the aircraft take-off and landing operation of security.In this paper, the existing landing gear installation equipment for the research object, the design of a new type of landing gear car. The main research results of this paper and the work as follows:(1) In view of the existing landing gear installation equipment, there is less work freedom and the degree of automation of the equipment is insufficient. In this paper, a new type of landing gear mounting vehicle is designed. The new landing gear mounting vehicle adopts the 3-PRS spatial parallel mechanism as the structural component of the attitude adjustment device, that the landing gear can be adjusted to rotate around the X axis and rotate around the Y axis and move along the Z axis. Then with the X and Y parallel mechanism and the rotary mechanism to achieve the landing gear in three-dimensional space of the 6 degrees of freedom adjustment function.(2) In this paper, analyzes the working principle of 3-PRS spatial parallel mechanism. An analysis of the position of the bracket in the 3-PRS spatial parallel mechanism is carried out considering the position adjustment of the landing gear. The inverse solution of the space position matrix of the bracket is deduced.(3) Taking into account the importance of the stability of the attitude adjustment device to the accuracy of the landing gear assembly vehicle. So it is necessary to study on the attitude adjusting device of landing gear assembly vehicle in the process of work for forced vibration. Parametric modeling through CATIA software, modal analysis theory based on the theory of harmonious response, the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the attitude adjustment device are obtained by using the ANSYS finite element software, and the steady state response of the structure under harmonic load is obtained.(4) In order to test whether the new landing gear assembly vehicle can meet the design requirements. The DMU module of CATIA software is used to carry out the kinematics simulation analysis to landing gear assembly vehicle. Analysis results show that: in this paper, the design of a new type of landing gear car can be very good to complete the design requirements. That is to achieve the landing gear in the space of 6 degrees of freedom to adjust the operation. |
